Max Heights Majestic Resident Welfare Society manages the upkeep, security and shared finances of our community. This portal is how that work stays visible to every member — who's registered, what's been collected, and what every rupee was for.

Once the Treasurer verifies your payment, a numbered receipt with a scannable QR seal is issued to you.
Approved once, your MHM ID stays linked to your flat's entire payment history — no re-registration, ever.
Every verified payment issues a receipt with a scannable seal. Anyone can confirm it's genuine, anytime.
Cash or cheque at the office, or UPI and bank transfer from home — both tracked the same way.
Every approval, edit and verification is timestamped in an audit trail the committee can always review.

Seven towers in the 400-acre Suncity Township, sharing a landscaped podium garden and a six-level clubhouse. These are the common facilities your maintenance contributions keep running.

Bylaws, AGM minutes, audited accounts and the forms you'd otherwise have to collect from the office.
Committee directory will appear here once added from the Admin Panel.
What data we collect: Name, mobile, email, photo, Date of Birth, Anniversary, family members' names/relation/DOB, and your payment history.
Why we collect it: To verify membership, generate maintenance bills, provide a photo ID for gate/security, and send birthday/anniversary wishes.
Who can see it: Only the society's committee members (who log in to the admin panel) — it is never shown publicly. Your own data is visible only to you and the committee.
How long we keep it: For as long as you're a resident of the society. Financial records (payment receipts) are kept longer for audit purposes, as required by law.
Your rights: You can view/edit your own data from "My Profile". When you sell or vacate your flat, you can have the committee erase your personal data (mobile, email, family details, photo, ID) — only your name, flat number, and financial history (needed for audit) are retained.
